Payment Methods 

You can choose one of the following payment methods:

Cash-on-delivery of the products

You pay the price of your order to the courier employee and you are charged an extra 3 € for the cash-on-delivery costs.

Deposit to a bank account

You may pay your order by depositing at any branch of Piraeus Bank, Alpha Bank, National Bank or through e-banking. The deposit may be made within 24 hours of the order. In case the payment is not completed within this time, the order is canceled.

In this case it is necessary to include your name and your order number in the statement of reasons, otherwise your order cannot be sent. In case there are transaction costs, the principal is charged.

Credit Card

By selecting credit card as the payment method you will be transferred to the Piraeus Bank page and from there you may complete the transaction. Our company does not keep your card details.

Retail Receipt or Invoice

You have the option to choose whether the document to be issued for your order will be a retail receipt or sales invoice. An invoice is issued to companies and freelancers, provided that upon completion of the order, they fill in the following information: company name, Tax Reg, No., TAX OFFICE, head office and occupation.

Shipping Costs

For purchases over € 50 shipping costs are free of charge.

For purchases below € 50 shipping costs are € 3.

For Cyprus shipping costs are free of charge for purchases over 200 € and for purchases up to 199 € shipping costs are 17 €.

In case of cash-on-delivery there is an extra charge of 3 €.
