For hygiene reasons, changes / returns on accessories (hats, jewelery, etc.) are not acceptable.
In case you wish to return a product, the Company may replace it with the product of your choice or refund the full value of the product.
Within Greece, in case of a non-defective product exchanging, the refund is free of charge for orders over 50 €. For orders of less than 50 €, the return costs are charged to the customer. It is a prerequisite for the product to be shipped exclusively with the cooperating courier company, declaring that the consignee will be charged. The above applies only to the first exchange and re-dispatch of the new product.
For Cyprus and abroad, in case of a non-defective product exchanging, the refund is free of charge for orders over 200 €. Re-dispatching the product is the responsibility of the customer. For orders of less than € 200, the return and re-dispaching costs are charged to the customer.
Within Greece, in case of a refund, the return of the product is free of charge for orders over 50 € within Greece. For orders of less than € 50 return costs are charged to the customer. It is a prerequisite for the product to be shipped exclusively with the cooperating courier company, declaring that the consignee will be charged.
For Cyprus and abroad, in case of a refund, the return cost of the product is borne by the customer. The return price of the package is 17 € using solely the cooperating courier company. This amount will not be paid directly to the courier but it will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed. Therefore, upon returning your package, you will declare that the consignee will be charged.
In order for the above to be achieved, the returned products should be in the state in which they were received and the special tags (tags, labels, packaging) shall not be removed.In addition, you shall include the retail receipt or the purchase invoice and fill in the special "Return Form", which you will find inside the package, in order to inform us of the reasons for the return and how you would like us to serve you.For the offer / discount products the cost of the return is borne by the consumer. The refund will be accepted only upon approval of the company.
Return Form gives you the following alternatives:
Replace of the product: Our Company will do the best to replace the product you are returning. For your better service, we suggest you to inform us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling at the phone number 6974 119973 within 2 working days of the date of receipt, about your wish to replace the product.In case the replacement is not possible due to unavailability of the product you desire, we will contact you offering you alternatives.
Refund:In case of return of the products, the refund will be completed within 10 working days of the date the Company will receive the products.
Shipment of returned items is made solely within 14 days of the date of receipt, to the following address, at the shipping cost of the company YADES G.P. Offer / discount products in which refund costs are borne by the consumer are excluded.

Products Exchange through Stores
The exchange of any product purchased through www.ammashop.gr, may be accepted at AMMA store provided that the returned product is available in the store. Exchanges are only made by submitting the Receipt from yadesshop.gr and with the Order Code.
The respective store is not obliged to exchange the returned product in case the code product is not available in its storage.
Refunds are not made through the ΑΜΜΑ store, but only through the e-shop.
