Shipping Costs

For purchases over € 50 shipping costs are free of charge.

For purchases below € 50 shipping costs are € 3.

For Cyprus shipping costs are free of charge for purchases over 200 € and for purchases up to 199 € shipping costs are 22 €.

For other countries shipping costs are 20€.

In case of cash-on-delivery there is an extra charge of 3 €.

Shipping Method

The products you order from the e-shop (in case they are off-the-shelf) are usually delivered within 1-3 business days via courier service at the delivery address you have declared.

In case the order arrives at the destination and the recipient is absent, then the cooperating courier company will make two more attempts in the next business days to deliver it, leaving a notice to contact its authorized representative.The time limit for contacting the courier company and specifying the re-dispatching is 3 business days. After the specified time, the product is automatically returned to our storages. When the order is returned to us, we will contact you for the alternatives we provide you. In case the reason for the return relates to a company’s error, the company commits to re-send a courier provider to the address you have declared to receive the order at its own expense.

Delivery Place

Upon completion of the order, you have the option to declare, if you wish, a different delivery address than the one where the pricing is made.

You may buy the e-shop products 24 hours a day, all year round.

When you select the product you wish to purchase, click the "add to cart" link located next to the product and it will automatically be added to your “shopping cart”.

Throughout your browsing through our e-shop you can see all the products you have added to your cart as well as their total value.

When you finish your purchases and in order to complete your order, click on the "My Cart" link and go to the page that describes extensively the products you have included in your online “shopping cart”.

You can check there your order or remove products from your cart. To complete your purchases, you shall click on "purchase completion". Upon completion of your purchase you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
